We are an established carp fishing lake situated approximately just an hours drive from Manchester, we believe that we offer some of the best carp fishing in not just Manchester but the North West UK.

With winter now upon us our cabin is quickly becoming more and more popular with carp anglers looking to fish in comfort and warmth.

Our cabin swim is ideal for winter carp fishing as it is located in the deeper part of the lake, with many features to fish to including overhanging trees, spots of gravel, reeds and more.

Carp Fishing Rules – our rules for carp fishing are as follows;

No nets, weigh slings or unhooking mats to be brought on site (These are all supplied by the fishery)

No artificial baits (plastic and rubber)

No Nuts

Carp to be lifted out in weigh slings only – Simply break the landing net down and transfer the fish in the broken down landing net into the weigh sling before carefully lifting the carp out of the water.
